Transept delivered a pipeline of acquisitions and debt financing projects for Cove UK.
Transept worked in-house with Cove UK's corporate team to analyse and execute a series of corporate and asset acquisitions over a 12 month period.
Transept co-ordinated all transaction stakeholders and workstreams, managing dealflow from initial terms through to funding and completion. Managed workstreams included: the selection and management of legal and due diligence advisors, financial analysis, the preparation and review of investor committee materials and the negotiation of key commercial issues.
