Leisure Group Model
Transept built a new multi-asset corporate model for a leading UK leisure group, incorporating actualisation functionality and enhanced reporting.
Transept was engaged to design and build a comprehensive financial model spanning multiple sites across the group's portfolio. The project involved significant data clean-up, collation of KPIs and a detailed review of historical performance to establish a reliable analytical foundation. The model was built with actualisation functionality to ensure long-term utility for the GP in managing the portfolio on an ongoing basis.
