Transept led the disposal of Psicon Ltd to Onebright, the UK’s largest private outpatient mental healthcare company.
Transept provided in-house support to the Psicon management team and shareholders, covering comprehensive pre-sale preparation, active deal management and guidance during commercial negotiations.
