Transept supported Freston Ventures and Strike on the takeover of Purplebricks PLC.
Transept supported the takeover and acquisition of Purplebricks PLC (PURP:LON), the UK's leading online estate agency.
Transept provided the deal team with strategy, modelling, analytical and due diligence support. Workstreams were managed under tight timetables and at a rapid pace as the deal evolved.
This was Transept's third project working with the Freston Ventures.
