our role
We work with management teams looking to review or expand on financial and commercial analysis. This can be delivered as a standalone service but can also form a pre-disposal or post-acquisition bolt-on.
Our typical role spans the building and review of financial models and the drafting or review of business propositions. We often do this side-by-side with an existing Finance Director who is looking for supplementary and flexible support.
